DESPITE market confidence rocked earlier in the month by geopolitical tensions and soaring energy, commodity and oil prices amid an inflationary environment, Singapore stocks managed to wrap up a volatile March with gains.
Data compiled by The Business Times showed the market value of 658 companies listed here edged up 2.8 per cent over the month from S$860.2 billion to S$884.2 billion, with 314 clocking gains and 182 closing lower.
