AFTER 12 years as a research engineer, he found the courage to make a mid-career switch into entrepreneurship.
Xu Jin co-founded startup Creative Fountain, which created mobile application FINDAPRO and its sister app IMAPRO as the "Airbnb" of freelancers. The 40-year-old father of two told The Business Times: "All this while, I have been interested to start my own business, but the opportunity was not there. I was also quite comfortable there (working) with Sony (Corporation) - I did not see much opportunities of starting up."
