Singaporeans least aware of ESG investing in Asia: survey

SINGAPOREANS are the least aware of what ESG (environmental, social and corporate governance) investing is, compared to their North Asian counterparts, according to Fidelity International's Asia Sustainable Investing Survey, out on Tuesday.
Only 26 per cent of survey respondents in Singapore expressed an awareness of ESG investing, with 58 per cent saying firmly that they have not heard of it before.
