SINGAPORE stocks dipped on Friday (Sep 8) after global markets mostly finished lower overnight.
Singapore’s Straits Times Index (STI) fell 3.86 points or 0.1 per cent to 3,222.73 as at 9.01 am. Across the broader market, losers outnumbered gainers 60 to 42, after 54 million securities worth S$30.54 million changed hands.
Seatrium was the most actively traded stock in terms of volume as at 9.02 am, with 3.6 million securities transacted. The counter dropped S$0.001 or 0.7 per cent to S$0.14.
