SINGAPORE Post (SingPost) has appointed three new non-executive independent directors to its board in line with a recent corporate governance review.
The three directors are former Ernst & Young chairman Fang Ai Lian; director of law firm Morgan Lewis Stamford, Elizabeth Kong; and chairman of Ascott Residence Trust Management, Bob Tan.
