SingPost unit to buy Australia's Couriers Please for A$95m
Parcel delivery firm has a network of 575 franchisees and handled nearly 11 million consignments in FY2014

IN A BID to strengthen its e-commerce logistics capabilities Down Under, Quantium Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore Post (SingPost), is acquiring Australia-based parcel delivery company Couriers Please Holdings for A$95 million (S$105 million).
E-commerce logistics provider Quantium Solutions is acquiring the last mile delivery company from New Zealand Post Group, and the purchase will be funded by SingPost's internal resources.
