Sinjia Land unit's supplier withdraws application for wind up order
AN application for a wind up order by Nutech Automation made against a subsidiary of Catalist-listed Sinjia Land Limited, has been withdrawn and discontinued.
Sinjia Land's subsidiary Sinjia RTE Solutions was served on Jan 23 an originating summons issued by the Singapore High Court, taken out by Nutech - a supplier of the subsidiary - in relation to payables owed to Nutech. The summons also included an application for a winding up order to be made against Sinjia RTE and the appointment of a liquidator.
Sinjia stocks last traded on Feb 27 at S$0.05.
