Sinwa secures A$8m worth of new supply contracts from Shell Prelude FLNG project

OFFSHORE supply and logistics player Sinwa Limited secured a number of new supply agreements totalling A$8 million (S$8.3 million) for vessels involved in the Shell Prelude Floating Liquefied Natural Gas (FLNG) project.
This marks the biggest sum of contracts secured from a single project in Western Australia and the Northern Territory, catering to the requirements of over 1,000 personnel involved in the project.
The Prelude FLNG project will be located in the Browse Basin, some 475 km northeast of Broome and over 200 km off the coast of Western Australia. The group will be servicing its clients requirements through its 10,000 sqm Darwin facility, which is equipped with complete warehousing facilities including freezer, chiller, provision and general storages, as well as lay down and hard stand areas.
