Sky One Holdings to trade as Resources Prima starting Friday
SKY One Holdings, which has completed the reverse takeover of coal miner Energy Prima, has changed its name to Resources Prima Group.
As such, its trading counter name on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange will be changed from Sky One to Resources Prima from 9am on Friday.
Following the completion of the acquisition, Agus Sugiono, Gabriel Giovani Sugiono, Low Yew Shen, Giang Sovann, Russell Joseph Kelly, Mihir Taparia and Rozano Satar have been appointed as directors.
Mr Sovann, Mr Kelly, Mr Taparia and Mr Satar are independent directors.
Meanwhile, Lim Chee San, former chief executive Dicky Suen Yiu Chung, Lau Hon Kit, Kung Seah Lim and Wong Shun Cheong have resigned as directors of the company, it said.
