SMALL and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) should be resilient against unexpected market shocks and look towards sustainable growth in order to survive, and advanced companies that maintain strong financial management frameworks are more inclined to prosper.
This notion, brought forth at the Financial Management Growth Seminar on Tuesday by Piyush Gupta, deputy chairman, Spring Singapore, was affirmed by the collaboration between Spring Singapore and the Singapore Exchange (SGX), which partnered to further support SMEs in establishing their financial management architectures and achieving growth.
