PERHAPS eyeing its own version of a baby bonus, Catalist-listed specialist healthcare services group Singapore Medical Group (SMG) has proposed to buy a group of obstetrics and gynaecology (O&G) clinics for S$60 million.
It has inked a deal to buy the Astra Women's Specialist group to help it expand its O&G segment, it said in a press release on Tuesday.
