BESIDES acquiring two local paediatric clinics for S$23.5 million as Catalist-listed Singapore Medical Group (SMG) moves to complement its growing obstetrics and gynaecology (O&G) arm, it will also be buying an additional 10 per cent stake in a general cancer service provider for S$2.92 million.
In a filing to the Singapore Exchange (SGX) late Thursday, the multi-disciplinary specialist healthcare services provider said it would purchase Children's Clinic in Toa Payoh and the Kids Clinic in Bishan.
