SINGAPORE Medical Group (SMG) has announced a strategic tie-up with a South Korean medical group to jointly work on new projects and render operational support in North Asia and South-east Asia.
As part of the collaboration, SMG will make a S$15 million share placement to CHA Healthcare Co (CHC), which is slated to become SMG's fourth-largest shareholder and the largest strategic equity partner with an 8.8 per cent stake.
