Soilbuild Reit's DPU of 0.76 cent above forecast
IN its first set of earnings since listing in mid-August, Soilbuild Business Space Reit posted a better distribution per unit (DPU) than expected, on the back on steady performances from its key drivers.
The payout of 0.76 cent per unit for the third quarter from its listing date to the end of September, which will be made in December, is 3 per cent higher than the 0.738 cent it forecast in its prospectus.
This works out to an annualised DPU of about 6.03 cents, for an annualised dividend yield of close to 8 per cent based on yesterday's closing price of 75.5 cents for Soilbuild Reit.
