SOME Magnus Energy Group shareholders have asked the company to convene an extraordinary general meeting (EGM), with a view to remove all current directors and to nominate replacements.
They have also requested that the company not issue any new convertible notes.
Magnus Energy received the letter on March 1, and is seeking legal advice on the matter.
