Spackman acquiring Korean film production company

CATALIST-LISTED Spackman Entertainment Group has proposed to acquire Studio Take, a Korean film production company, through the purchase of Take Pictures Pte Ltd for about S$3.93 million.
In a Singapore Exchange filing on Wednesday, the Korean entertainment production group said that it has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with four independent third parties to acquire the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Take Pictures Pte Ltd, which owns 100 per cent of the equity interest in South Korea-incorporated Studio Take.
