Singapore
SHAREHOLDERS attending the extra-ordinary general meeting (EGM) of Catalist-listed Imperium Crown (IC) on Thursday this week can expect a fiesty affair - the main topic of debate will be whether the entire board should be removed and replaced.
The EGM was called by shareholders Tan Geok Bee and Yeo Wee Kok who hold more than 10 per cent of IC's issued shares. In their June 7 letter to shareholders, Ms Tan and Mr Yeo said they "are not satisfied with the historical performance of the company under the current board and are of the view that more can be done to enhance and maximise shareholder value".
