SPH Reit posted a 2.3 per cent increase in distribution per unit to 1.33 Singapore cents for the first quarter ended Nov 30, 2014, thanks to strong rental reversions and occupancies at its retail malls.
Gross revenue during the quarter improved 1.8 per cent from a year ago to S$50.6 million; net property income grew 4.9 per cent to S$37.9 million.
