SPH venture gives media start-ups a boost with new accelerator programme

A NEW accelerator programme for media-related startups has been launched in Singapore, founders Singapore Press Holdings (SPH), Infocomm Investments (IIPL) and Plug and Play (a Silicon Valley-based accelerator) announced on Tuesday.
SPH Plug and Play, as it is called, will focus on building a pipeline of "high-growth, innovation-driven" tech startups to address challenges faced by the media industry.
