ST Aerospace revamps aircraft leasing business

ST Aerospace Resources (STA Resources) and Wings Capital Partners Holdings have terminated their joint venture, boutique aircraft leasing company WingStar, due to "differing views on the strategic focus and operational plans", said Singapore Technologies Engineering (ST Engineering).
STA Resources is a wholly owned subsidiary of ST Aerospace, the aerospace arm of ST Engineering.
