ST Index constituents to stay unchanged
THE 30 constituents of the Straits Times Index (STI) - among them DBS, Singapore Airlines and CapitaLand - will remain unchanged following the conclusion of the latest quarterly review, announced Singapore Press Holdings, Singapore Exchange and FTSE Russell on Thursday.
The STI reserve list, comprising the five highest ranking non-constituents of the STI by market capitalisation, will be, in order of size: UOL Group, Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Holdings, CapitaLand Commercial Trust, Suntec Reit and Genting Hong Kong.
All changes from this review will take effect from the start of trading on June 22.
The next review is scheduled for Sept 3.
