A MAIDEN contribution from its stake in CapitaGreen and a higher one from its stake in Raffles City Singapore gave a boost to distributions for CapitaLand Commercial Trust (CCT) in the first quarter, helping to make up for a dip in earnings from the trust's wholly owned assets.
This comes as the trust continues to look for a tenant for the top floor of CapitaGreen, a Grade A office tower in the central business district that was completed in late 2014 on the former Market Street Car Park site.
