Stamford Land reports Q4 profit of S$5.39m, up 87.5%
STAMFORD Land Corp reported an 87.5 per cent surge in net profit for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2015 to S$5.39 million.
Revenue was 80 per cent higher at S$111.99 million, boosted by its property development segment. Meanwhile, earnings per share for the quarter under review came to 0.62 Singapore cent, up from 0.33 cent previously.
For the full year, net profit rose 9.7 per cent to S$29.75 million while revenue was 10.2 per cent higher, clocking S$307.02 million.
The company has proposed a final dividend of two Singapore cents per share and a special dividend of one Singapore cent per share.
