STARHUB is about to make changes in its organisational structure that could result in lay-offs among its 2,500 employees in a bid to stay "agile and lean" ahead of new challenges, disruptions and threats.
The Business Times (BT) understands that at a recent staff communications session, StarHub's newly-minted CEO Peter Kaliaropoulos shared the telco's strategic priorities, which include investing for growth in new businesses, digitalisation to transform customer experience, and increasing efficiencies and productivity.
