SINGAPORE telcos have not endeared themselves to consumers, a situation StarHub hopes to remedy, its head of consumer business has said.
"We hate to admit it but people do not rate telcos highly," Johan Buse said on Wednesday. "This is a regrettable reality and we are determined to earn back customers' trust and be the telco that they deserve."
