STATS ChipPAC on Friday announced the cessation of its chief financial officer (CFO) as well as general counsel and company secretary.
Dennis Chia Choon Hwee will cease to act as senior vice-president and CFO with effect from July 3, and Janet T Taylor will cease to act as senior vice-president, general counsel and company secretary with effect from June 30. Both parties said they are looking to pursue other career opportunities.
"We would like to express our deepest appreciation to Dennis and Janet for their significant contributions and wish them every success in their future endeavours," said Tan Lay Koon, president and chief executive officer, STATS ChipPAC.
The company added that it has found a permanent replacement for the position of CFO and will make an announcement when JCET-SC (Singapore) takes control of the company.
Elaine Sin Mei Lin, senior director, corporate legal, will take over the duties and responsibilities relating to the legal and compliance functions and will be appointed as the company secretary with effect from June 30.
