Stocks to watch: Boustead Singapore, Advanced, Datapulse Technology

THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Wednesday (Oct 4):
Boustead Singapore : The engineering services company on Tuesday said it was granted a 45-day extension by the Singapore Exchange Regulation to submit an update for its exit-offer proposal for Boustead Projects. This puts the deadline at Nov 14, with the date falling 45 days from Sep 30, the end of the first half of its financial year ending Mar 31, 2024. Boustead Singapore shares ended S$0.005 or 0.6 per cent higher at S$0.85, before the news.
Advanced : The Securities Investors Association (Singapore) on Tuesday raised questions over why the engineering company’s capital reduction exercise appears to have failed. The counter closed up S$0.008 or 5.7 per cent at S$0.148, before this was reported in The Business Times.
