THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Tuesday (Feb 7):
CapitaLand India Trust (Clint) : Its manager on Monday reported that the trust’s distribution per unit rose 9 per cent to S$0.0391 in the six months ended Dec 31, 2022. It also saw a rise in total property income due to higher portfolio occupancy and income from several buildings acquired in the last two years. Clint units closed flat at S$1.19 on Monday before the announcement.
Boustead Singapore , Boustead Projects : Engineering and technology group Boustead Singapore is making a voluntary unconditional general cash offer at S$0.90 per share to take its real estate subsidiary, Boustead Projects, private. Both counters ended Monday 0.6 per cent or S$0.005 higher at S$0.825 and S$0.84 respectively, before the news.
