THE following company saw new developments that may affect trading of its securities on Monday (Dec 5):
Chip Eng Seng : Chairman Celine Tang and her husband Gordon Tang’s mandatory conditional cash offer to take the property player private has been upped to a final price of S$0.75 per share from S$0.72. This exceeds the shares’ highest closing price in the three-year period prior to, and including, the offer’s holding announcement date on Sep 7. The counter closed unchanged at S$0.74 on Dec 1, before a trading halt was requested the following morning, pending the release of Friday’s announcement. It resumes trading today.
