Stocks to watch: Cromwell E-Reit, Aztech Global, Hong Leong Asia

THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Monday (Jul 24).
Cromwell European Real Estate Investment Trust (Cromwell E-Reit): The Reit’s portfolio valuation for the half year ended June 2023 fell a further 1.6 per cent to about 2.3 billion euros (S$3.4 billion). On Monday, its manager said it was “pleasing to note” that the decline was “modest” compared with December 2022 levels. Units of Cromwell E-Reit ended Friday down one euro cent, or 0.6 per cent at 1.57 euros.
Aztech Global : The technology company posted a 0.2 per cent increase in net profit to S$42.9 million for the first half ended Jun 30, 2023, from S$42.8 million for the same period the year before. Shares of Aztech Global closed up 0.7 per cent or S$0.005 at S$0.70 on Friday, before the announcement.
