Golden Agri-Resources : Despite anticipating a fair value loss of US$230 million for the fourth quarter ending Dec 31, the palm oil company said it expects to be profitable in Q4 and for the full financial year. Shares of Golden Agri closed flat at S$0.255 on Tuesday before its profit guidance was released.
Hotel Properties Limited (HPL): The mainboard-listed property group is selling all seven of its shop units in Ming Arcade to Singapore-based Royal Hiranandani for S$61 million. The transaction was made by a collective sale by way of public tender, the hotel operator said in a bourse filing on Tuesday. Shares of HPL closed flat at S$3.60, before the announcement.
