Stocks to watch: Keppel, CapitaLand Ascendas Reit, ST Engineering, CLCT, Nanofilm, Digital Core Reit

THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Friday (Feb 3):
Keppel Corporation : The group reported on Thursday a 40.6 per cent year-on-year decline in net profit for the second half ended December to S$429.1 million from S$722.9 million. This came on the back of lower revenue from continuing operations. Shares of Keppel closed 0.1 per cent or S$0.01 higher at S$7.65 on Thursday.
CapitaLand Ascendas Reit (Clar): It posted on Thursday a distribution per unit (DPU) of S$0.07925 for the second half ended Dec 31, a 4.3 per cent rise from S$0.07598 in the year-ago period. The increase was attributed to strong performance on the operational front, with portfolio occupancy hitting a 10-year high of 94.6 per cent. Clar units rose 1.4 per cent or S$0.04 to close at S$2.94 on Thursday.
