Stocks to watch: Keppel, Sabana Reit

THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Thursday (Jul 20).
Keppel : The group on Thursday said its private funds acquired a 13-storey office tower in Seoul’s Central Business District, bringing its South Korean portfolio to 2.6 trillion won (S$2.6 billion). In addition, on Wednesday, Keppel and a consortium with Mitsubishi Power Asia-Pacific and Jurong Engineering broke ground for Singapore’s first hydrogen-ready co-generation plant. The counter closed up 0.2 per cent, or S$0.01, to S$6.86 on Wednesday.
Sabana Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust (Sabana Reit): The Reit on Wednesday posted a distribution per unit of S$0.0161 for the first half of its fiscal year ended Jun 30, 2023, up 1.3 per cent year on year from S$0.0159. Its units closed at S$0.43 on Tuesday, before a trading halt was called on Wednesday.
