Stocks to watch: Koh Brothers Eco Engineering, EC World Reit

THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Wednesday (Jun 14).
Koh Brothers Eco Engineering : The company’s subsidiary and its joint venture partner, LBD Engineering, have obtained a S$186 million contract from the Housing and Development Board (HDB) for the construction of the Kallang Integrated Development, the company announced on Tuesday. Shares of Koh Brothers Eco closed flat at S$0.033 on Tuesday, before the announcement.
EC World Reit : The real estate investment trust (Reit) said on Tuesday that it has received a waiver from the Monetary Authority of Singapore to complete its proposed divestment of two Chinese logistics assets by the Jun 16 deadline. It was originally required to complete the divestment six months after it was approved by unitholders on Dec 16, 2022. EC World Reit units closed flat at S$0.335 on Tuesday, before the news.
