    THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Thursday (Jan 11):

    Novo Tellus Alpha Acquisition (NTAA): The special purpose acquisition company (Spac) on Thursday said it would not conclude a business combination after “careful consideration and thorough evaluation of potential targets”, citing current market conditions. The Spac will announce details of the process to redeem its issued outstanding Class A shares in due course. Shares of NTAA ended Wednesday flat at S$4.93. 

    Frasers Property : The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) on Wednesday reported that majority owners of the property group could put the company or some of its assets up for sale as part of a strategic review, which is in its initial stages. Citing people familiar with the matter, WSJ said there was no assurance of any outcome from the review. Shares of Frasers Property ended flat at S$0.915, after the report was published.
