THE following stocks had announcements that could affect trading activity on Friday.

Perennial Real Estate Holdings is said to be leading and syndicating a consortium that is close to inking a S$1.18 billion deal to buy AXA Tower from BlackRock.

AF Global - a joint venture firm of Aspial Corporation and Fragrance Group - has through married trades raised its stake in LCD Global Investments by 0.6 per cent to 29.9 per cent. This is 0.1 per cent short of a general offer trigger.

Aspial Corporation is proposing to spin off its property business in Australia and Malaysia for listing on the Singapore Exchange's Catalist board.

Keppel Offshore & Marine's specialised shipbuilding arm, Keppel Singmarine, has clinched a contract worth S$265 million to build New Orient Marine's first ice-class multi-purpose vessel. Keppel O&M is wholly owned by Keppel Corporation.
