Stocks to watch: Sabana Reit, Centurion, GK Goh

THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Tuesday (Apr 11):
Sabana Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust (Sabana Reit): The Reit’s manager reported a rise in portfolio occupancy to 92.6 per cent as at Mar 31, 2023, up from 91.2 per cent as at Dec 31, 2022. This comes amid growing demand for the Reit’s warehouse and logistics properties. Units of Sabana Reit closed 3.2 per cent or S$0.015 lower at S$0.455 on Monday, before the announcement.
Centurion : The property manager will sell its Seoul property for 21.3 billion won (S$21.5 million), as part of a rationalisation of its asset portfolio. The group expects to complete the disposal on Apr 13. Centurion shares ended at S$0.365 on Monday before the news, up 2.8 per cent or S$0.01.
