Sembcorp Industries : The energy company and its partners have terminated a joint-development agreement to build a solar and energy storage project in Indonesia. Shares of Sembcorp Industries closed at S$4.30 on Monday, up 1.4 per cent or S$0.06, before the announcement.
Boustead Singapore : The parent company of Boustead Projects has garnered 95.5 per cent in shareholding interest of the unit, as part of a takeover offer. Shares of Boustead Singapore closed at S$0.835, down 0.6 per cent or S$0.005 before the news.
