Stocks to watch: SIA Engineering, CapitaLand Investment, Sembmarine, Alpina

THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Monday (Apr 3):
SIA Engineering (SIAEC): The group has signed a S$120.8 million agreement with budget carrier Scoot to provide maintenance, repair and overhaul and fleet management support services. Shares of SIAEC ended Friday at S$2.25, down S$0.03 or 1.3 per cent, before the news.
CapitaLand Investment (CLI): The real estate investment manager on Monday said it agreed to acquire six multifamily assets in Central Osaka, Japan, for S$141.4 million for its regional core-plus fund. CLI shares closed S$0.03 or 0.8 per cent higher at S$3.68 on Friday.
