Stocks to watch: SIA, ISOTeam

THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Tuesday (Jan 17):
Singapore Airlines (SIA): A combined 2.7 million passengers flew on SIA and Scoot in December, marking an 11.7 per cent month-on-month increase amid travel relaxations. The national carrier, in its operational update on Monday, noted robust group passenger traffic and load factors across all route regions. Shares of SIA closed down 0.5 per cent or S$0.03 at S$5.83, before the announcement.
ISOTeam : Its wholly-owned subsidiary has been ordered by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) to stop all work-at-height activities at a Bedok condominium and any operation of suspended scaffolds, following the death of a foreign worker. The suspension will hold until certain measures have been taken to the satisfaction of MOM, ISOTeam said on Monday. Shares of ISOTeam closed at S$0.098, up S$0.005 or 5.4 per cent, before the announcement.
