TOURISM operator Straco Corporation has completed its acquisition of the Singapore Flyer ferris wheel for S$140 million.
Straco announced early on Friday morning that the completion of the deal took place on Thursday. It added that its subsidiary, Straco Leisure, secured a S$84 million loan from DBS to pay for the acquisition partially.
The counter closed half a cent lower on Thursday at 75 cents per share.
