Straits Trading sells office building in Australia for A$161.5m
PROPERTY firm Straits Trading Company will sell an office building in Australia for about A$161.5 million (S$171.8 million), it said on Friday.
The office building is at 114 William Street, in Melbourne and will be sold to AFIAA Australia 4 Pty Ltd. The property is a 26-storey office building with 22 levels of office space, one level of ground retail space and two basement car park floors. The property offers a total net lettable area of 21,010.8 square metres. It was valued at A$134 million as at June 30, 2016.
