Stratech profit falls to S$732,000 in FY2015

Stratech Group's net profit in FY2015 fell 49.9 per cent from S$1.5 million to S$732,000. Revenue for the full year rose 48.29 per cent, from S$11.1 million to S$16.5 million.

This was generated from projects, maintenance contracts and sales of products. The increase was attributed mainly to work done for newly secured contracts in addition to existing contracts.

Meanwhile, its non-recurring administrative expenses increased from S$4.5 million in FY2014 to S$5.7 million in FY2015, mainly attributed to among others, the one-off fees and related costs in relation to the recently concluded group restructuring exercise.
