Study finds "significant lack" of risk management disclosures among STI companies

THERE is an "urgent need" for organisations to have proper disclosure practices on risk management, a joint study by the Singapore Accountancy Commission (SAC) and the National University of Singapore (NUS) showed on Tuesday.

The finding was made in its 126-page disclosure guide on risk and opportunities, at a time that Singapore and the rest of the world are moving towards integrated reporting.
