THE founder of Mary Chia Holdings has agreed to sell her 60.98 per cent stake in the home-grown beauty chain to Suki Sushi Pte Ltd, triggering a mandatory unconditional general offer by the operator of Japanese restaurants in Singapore.
Suki Sushi is 95.45 per cent owned by Lee Boon Leng and his wife Ho Yow Ping, who is CEO of Mary Chia Holdings and daughter of the founder Mary Chia.
