SUNTEC Reit posted a 5.1 per cent fall in distribution per unit (DPU) to 2.365 Singapore cents for its third quarter ended Sept 30, down from 2.491 cents in the same period in 2018.
This was mainly due to an enlarged unit base, after new units were issued as a result of a S$200 million private placement on May 6.
