SUNTEC Real Estate Investment Trust (Suntec Reit)'s fourth-quarter distribution per unit (DPU) has dipped on an enlarged unit base, thanks to manager fees.
The trust will pay out a DPU of 2.59 Singapore cents for the three months to Dec 31, 2018, against 2.604 Singapore cents in the same period a year ago, the manager said on Wednesday morning. New units had been issued as partial satisfaction of asset management fees.
