THE board of Sunvic Chemical Holdings on Friday said it will request that Singapore Exchange suspend the trading of its shares from Jan 14, 2019.
This is because the company is currently unable to demonstrate to the exchange and its shareholders that it is able to continue as a going concern arising from claims by Yixing Futao Credit and Bank of China (BOC).
