Sustainability reporting, disclosures by STI companies still lacking
But study says companies are doing better in stating their corporate values and in statements made by their leaders

A STUDY assessing corporate reporting trends among the FY2017 annual reports of the 30 constituents of the Straits Times Index (STI) has found room for improvement in sustainability reporting and governance disclosures.
Released on Tuesday in conjunction with the Ninth Corporate Governance Week of the Securities Investors Association Singapore (Sias), The Guide to Annual Reports in Singapore was produced by stakeholder communications firm Black Sun for a second year.
