Swee Hong's debt restructuring takes effect
CIVIL engineering company Swee Hong on Tuesday said its scheme of arrangement with its creditors has taken effect.
This came after it lodged a copy of the Order of Court with the Registrar on Dec 2. In November, the court had approved the scheme, which facilitates its debt restructuring plan. Swee Hong sought out the scheme of arrangement in February this year.
"The scheme takes effect and is binding on all creditors on and from Dec 2, 2015," the company noted in a regulatory filing.
